It is always pleasing to work with experts in their field, but even better when you can still see the passion in professionals who haven't lost sight of what it means to be human.

My voice counts not only when I am working on a project but also for the entire company. It is comforting to know that everyone understands we are doing things that should last and work instead of just pulling us towards our deadline. Instead of wasting energy on friction between people, it's better to focus more time on finding the best solution in any given situation.

Hiring
Process

Here is what to expect during our recruitment process

STAGE 1

Application Evaluation

Send us your resume on careers@nexocode.com. If you meet the given criteria and requirements, we will contact you within a few days to arrange a phone interview. However, if our expectations do not meet on the CV level, you will receive an e-mail with feedback.

STAGE 2

Phone Call

An introductory phone call takes approximately 30 minutes. This is an opportunity to get to know each other and see if we fit together in terms of values and organizational culture. No technical issues are discussed at this stage.

STAGE 3

1st Technical Interview

Once we know that we get along, the next stage is a video call during which colleagues from the team will check your technical knowledge and skills. You will also find out what the projects look like from the inside, get to know our workflow and organization within teams.

STAGE 4

2nd Interview

This interview goes in two parts:

  1. Task - live coding for 2-3 hours. This is a way of checking your way of thinking and evaluating problem-solving skills.
  2. Casual matching conversation - a relaxed meeting with several members of our team. Time for you to ask about any additional questions that may occur along the process.
STAGE 5

Decision & Feedback

After completing the 2nd interview, all people involved in your recruitment process decide whether we see you on our team. If, however, it turns out that for some reason we will not cooperate, you can count on our thorough feedback.

Your future in nexocode doesn’t lay in the hands of one person, but the whole team. We meet and discuss, choosing our next member by common voting. And regardless of the result, we always provide our candidates with thorough feedback on their performance.
