Identify and unleash the power of AI for your business in two days

Learn more

With just two days' intensive work, your team, together with our AI Engineers and Design Facilitators, will identify AI solutions' potential to create new ideas and visions for your company.

What is it?

Nexocode's AI Design Sprint is a hands-on experience where, together, we identify potential AI use-cases for your business and explore the business opportunities available to you. Nowadays, AI is a much-used buzzword, surrounded by misconceptions and questions regarding its purpose and capability. Apart from its known ethical and philosophical challenges, AI can be the catalyst for innovation and great user experiences. We have created a set of tools for each step of the design-thinking process to help our clients turn AI into social, user, and business value. Within just two days, your team, supported by our AI Engineers and Design Facilitators, could learn and understand the power of emerging technologies, spot AI opportunities, and create new ideas and visions.

Nexocode's AI Design Sprint workshops client session

What to expect?

Two days of intense collaborative workshops facilitated by our Design Leaders. Your team will work through our dedicated canvases, AI ideation cards, and other tools designed specifically for AI Software Projects. Each session is tailored for company-specific needs and use cases. You can expect our ML engineers and data scientists to join ideation and prototype sessions to guide you through the solution of complex and abstract problems. We will help you assess your specific ideas' feasibility, propose the right technologies, and make a plan for development and deployment.

Remote AI Design Sprint facilitation

On-site and 100% remote

Our AI Design Sprint can be implemented on-site either at our offices or yours. We are also experienced in fully remote facilitation. A week before the scheduled session, we also provide 1-hour digital workspace practice workshops in the Miro tool for virtual sprints.

Agenda

Day 1

Problem identification
and ideation

We start day one by identifying the goal and mapping out the challenge; we ask your domain specialists to share their knowledge. We analyze business requirements and identify expected outcomes. We determine which problems could be solved with an AI solution uniquely. At this stage, it is crucial to understand what information we have available and whether we can use it. With our ML Experts' help, we go through an intense ideation session to map out possible AI solutions.

Day 2

Feasibility, data discovery
and planning

Once we have selected the ideas we want to pursue, we enter the feedback and feasibility study phase. This step requires AI knowledge and experience; hence our ML Experts have a large part to play. During this part, we aim to prototype the selected solution. We map out our ideas, identify and audit the data-house needs and haves, and prepare a roadmap for further investigation and development. At the end of the day, your team will get a set of possible prototypes.

Outcomes

AI Design Sprints will help you discover and identify Artificial Intelligence's potential for your business, recognize the value of data, check what information is already available, and what you need to start collecting. During the workshops, you determined your ideas' feasibility, selected an AI solution for implementation, and planned the possible roadmap for feature development. You will also get a detailed AI Design Sprint report, which will cover your case study with mapped opportunities, concept details, data strategy, and development plans.

AI Design Sprint Facilitation

Our outcomes report includes a dedicated business section on the what's, the why's, the when's for the project, and the tech review, data advice, and proposed solutions on delivering the project. Within a week after the sprint, we schedule a one-hour meeting to summarize all workshop outcomes and focus on the next steps. We present our proposal on how to develop the solution, what technical challenges lie ahead, and we suggest how to develop a plan to achieve a successful delivery.
